This Privacy Policy applies to SportFlow CRM and all services operated by SkyLink Global. By using our platform, you agree to the collection and use of information as described below.
01 Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly when you sign up and use SportFlow CRM:
- Account information: name, email address, business name, business type, and number of locations
- Payment information: billing details processed securely through our payment providers (we do not store card numbers)
- Client data: information about your clients that you choose to store within the platform, including names, contact details, booking history, and notes
- Usage data: how you interact with the platform, features used, pages visited, and actions taken within your account
- Device information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referral source
02 How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the SportFlow CRM platform
- Set up and configure your account during onboarding
- Send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, support responses)
- Send product updates, feature announcements, and marketing communications (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Analyze platform usage to improve features and performance
- Comply with legal obligations
We will never use your client data to market our products to your clients. Your clients' data belongs to you.
03 Data sharing & third parties
We do not sell your data or your clients' data to any third party, ever. We may share limited data with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform:

- Email delivery services — to send transactional and marketing emails on your behalf
