We started SportFlow CRM after spending years working directly with personal trainers, gym owners, and performance centers — watching them juggle five different tools just to run their day-to-day operations. Booking on one app, email marketing on another, payments somewhere else, and absolutely no way to follow up with leads automatically.
So we built the platform we wished existed: one system that handles bookings, marketing, client management, and payments — designed specifically around how sports and fitness businesses actually operate.
